The main raw materials used in the production of cotton swabs are cotton, paper stems and binders. 100% pure cotton tips are made of long fiber absorbent cotton. The shoot ends are lint free, highly absorbent and do not loosen after absorbing the solvent.
Paper stems are the most important carrier of cotton swabs. Our paper stem is made of paper imported from abroad. Paper production adopts 100% virgin pulp as raw material. Our paper stems have a stable form and it is not easy to not break or cause particles. Stems are degradable and environmentally friendly compared to plastic or wood stem swabs. Current sizes are 2.5mm Ø & 1.5mm Ø diameters.
The outer package adopts powder free plastic packaging bag, which does not contain silicone and has a tearing line for convenient use.
